In 2005, Mystic Seminars began as a small get together in a small New England town in Connecticut, It was created as a gathering for wedding photographers to share and network. At the time, there was no other outlet to do so that was tailored just for wedding photographers. And then it grew and grew, becoming one of the most respected conferences of its kind. Mystic Seminars is going into the fourth year in the fun and quirky city of Portland, Oregon where their motto is "Keep Portland Weird" The 13th annual Mystic Seminars, January 8-11, 2018, will be held at the gorgeous Benson Hotel in downtown Portland, Oregon with Mystic special pricing of $139 per night.
The MAX Light Rail (Red Line) is the easiest way to travel to and from the airport. Take it to City Center.
- The trip between the airport and downtown Portland takes about 38 minutes. You can roll your luggage on board.
- An adult ticket costs $2.50 (Youth $1.25, Honored Citizen $1). MAX ticket machines return change in coins, so small bills are recommended.
- The first train of the day arrives at PDX at 4:45 a.m. The last train departs PDX at 11:50 p.m.
- The MAX station and ticket machines are located on the lower level, next to the south baggage claim area (turn right at the base of the escalator.
